Yes we are beach front! The Fenix Hotel is a boutique hotel located on the beach in Samara, Costa Rica. We are the #1 rated hotel in Samara on Trip Advisor, based on our fabulous user reviews. The magic of the Fenix Hotel is our ocean front grounds. Enjoy the pool, palm trees, common areas, yoga area, hammocks, and lounge chairs right in front of the ocean. It is one of the only places in Samara with shade on the beach.
Our Rooms. All of our rooms are apartment-style with full kitchens, one bedroom and one bath. The main living area also has either a twin trundle bed (2 twins) or a full-sized sofa bed. All Oceanfront bedrooms have King beds. Your room will step out onto the pool deck, then onto the beach.
The Casa. The casa sits a few steps (about 15) behind the hotel and is a great choice for larger groups (sleeps up to 6). Enjoy two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen/living area and private porch.
Upgrades. We are under new management and are constantly upgrading! All bedrooms have A/C, all beds are new and king sized. All linens, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, and dishes are new. The hotel rooms are freshly painted and decorated. Pura vida!

20% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 1 days after arrival.
Cancellation Policy
70% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
We love our long-term guests! Ask about discounts when you stay over 21 days.
Cancellations after check-in are not subject to refund.
We limit hotel guests to 4 per room, and Casa guests are limited to 6. Guests over the limit (including friends, children or babies) will be charged when you arrive at an extra $25/per person per night.
We reserve the right to move customer reservations to different rooms to help maximize occupancy (Reservations in the Deluxe Room and The Casa won't be moved). Pura Vida!
